Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

If you’re an individual consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction – no explanation needed.

This right applies only if the software hasn’t been fully downloaded, installed, or used. Once digital content is accessed or activated, the withdrawal right may expire, in accordance with EU law.

We currently do not require a waiver of this right during checkout, so the 14-day period applies.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (voluntary)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

If a software doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us at info@chris-martens.com and let us know what went wrong. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

If we can’t fix the problem and the software has not been used in violation of the license terms, we will issue a full refund.

3. Refund Conditions

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of license terms.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate the license key upon refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
